The complex is maintained to the highest standard. Paphos airport is about 15 minutes by car from the maisonette. There is a small kiosk at the entrance to the complex, which is open 7 days a week until midnight. Just ten minutes down the road there are restaurants, shops and bars. The nearest beach and main tourist area is also within walking distance. There is a water park, wild life park, go-kart racing and many more attractions that can be reached by bus. The bus is also within walking distance and there is a private taxi rank on the road.
The house is fully furnished with bedding and towels. There is dual air conditioning downstairs and in the bedrooms. The house has TV, telephone and internet access. Both bedrooms have balconies and there is a main bathroom upstairs as well as a toilet with wash hand basin downstairs. Just at the rear of the house there is a communal swimming pool.
