The Concept
The Village will be built in two phases with all services completed in Phase I.

Retiring expatriates moving to Cyprus pay a flat rate of just 5% of any income after the allowance of Euro 3,400. The double taxation agreement existing between the UK and Cyprus also means that pensions can be paid without being taxed at source. In addition there is no inheritance tax in Cyprus.
